Welcome future school districts! I have extensive experience conducting telepractice/remote speech therapy services for a variety of school districts in California and Washington for nearly a decade. I strive to provide academically and culturally driven speech therapy services to equip students with the tools they need to achieve their maximum academic success in the classroom! I enjoy integrating state standards into my therapy goals. Additionally, I have ample experience billing Medicaid, conducting evaluations using telepractice, developing quality Individual Education Plans (IEPs), collaborating with parents/teachers, conducting a variety of speech therapy services to students using virtual technology, and working with a diverse variety of school staff to ensure that I am providing quality speech-therapy services in a school setting. I am skilled at providing team-driven, individualized speech therapy services to students in elementary, middle school, and high schools. I have studied numerous cultures and am able to differentiate between cultural differences and speech-language disorders. I am passionate about helping students with their functional communication goals by providing engaging and relatable therapy activities that support what they are learning in their classrooms!
